The Sicilian Butcher is a chef-driven, modern Italian concept created by celebrity chef Joey Maggiore, known for iconic hospitality brands like Hash Kitchen, The Sicilian Baker, The Mexicano, and Tomaso’s. With scratch-made pastas, craft meatballs, and a lively, high-energy vibe, we’re bringing our signature experience to San Antonio—and we’re looking for experienced, outgoing Bartenders to help us shake things up.

What You’ll Do as a Bartender

  • Create and serve a wide range of classic and specialty cocktails with consistency and flair

  • Engage with guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner

  • Provide recommendations and be knowledgeable about the food and beverage menu

  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and stock of the bar area at all times

  • Operate POS system efficiently for drink orders and guest checks

  • Comply with all health and safety standards, including responsible alcohol service

  • Support opening, mid-shift, and closing procedures as assigned

  • Assist with bar prep, garnishes, batching, and inventory management


What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ year of bartending experience in a full-service or high-volume restaurant/bar

  • Strong knowledge of spirits, beer, wine, and cocktail preparation

  • Excellent communication skills and guest-first mindset

  • Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork

  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

  • Must be 21 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required
