The Sicilian Butcher is a chef-driven, modern Italian concept developed by celebrity chef Joey Maggiore, the visionary behind Hash Kitchen, The Sicilian Baker, The Mexicano, and Tomaso’s. With a focus on scratch-made meatballs, fresh pastas, and bold Italian flavors, we’re opening our first San Antonio location—and we’re looking for Bussers to help us deliver an outstanding guest experience from the start.

What You’ll Do as a Busser

As a Busser, you play a key support role in creating a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for every guest. You’ll assist servers, maintain clean and organized dining areas, and ensure the restaurant runs efficiently during every shift.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Promptly clear and reset tables between guests

  • Assist with water and beverage refills as needed

  • Maintain cleanliness in the dining room, lobby, and restrooms

  • Support servers with carrying plates and restocking service stations

  • Ensure timely removal of used dishware to the dish area

  • Follow sanitation and safety standards at all times

  • Deliver exceptional hospitality with a team-first attitude


What We’re Looking For

  • Prior experience as a Busser, Server Assistant, or in a guest-facing role preferred

  • Great communication and time management skills

  • High energy, attention to detail, and a hospitality-first mindset

  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and move quickly throughout the restaurant

  • Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
