We’re seeking a high-performing, people-first Area Manager to lead multiple locations, elevate guest experiences, and build up the next generation of hospitality leaders.

As an Area Manager, you’ll oversee restaurant operations across your assigned market, with full accountability for performance, team culture, and guest satisfaction. You’ll work side-by-side with General Managers to develop people, strengthen operations, and grow the brand.
Key Responsibilities:Lead a team of General Managers, ensuring store-level excellence in execution and hospitality
Coach, mentor, and develop leaders at all levels—building a pipeline of high-potential talent
Ensure proper staffing levels and support hiring, onboarding, and scheduling needs
Analyze and oversee financials across all locations, improving labor efficiency and cost of goods
Cultivate a culture of gratitude, positivity, and accountability
Conduct regular store visits, spend meaningful time in each location, and drive hands-on support
Facilitate ongoing performance evaluations, shift lead reviews, and manager development plans
Support new store openings and brand expansion initiatives in your market
Provide weekly operational updates to the VP of Operations and collaborate cross-functionally with Training, HR, and Marketing
Execute strategic plans aligned with brand goals while solving day-to-day operational challenges
Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or related field—or equivalent experience
4–7 years of multi-unit management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment
Proven track record of building strong teams, driving operational success, and achieving financial targets
Strong knowledge of POS, scheduling, and restaurant management platforms
Effective communicator with the ability to lead with empathy and confidence
Must be ServeSafe certified, at least 21 years of age, and hold a valid driver’s license
Willingness to travel regularly and work non-traditional hours as needed
