As Regional Director of Operations, you will provide vision, strategy, and leadership across a group of Sicilian Butcher locations. You will be responsible for developing multi-unit leaders, driving financial performance, and strengthening the guest experience. You’ll serve as a key business partner to the COO and the executive team.
Key Responsibilities:Oversee all store-level leadership, including General Managers, ensuring brand consistency and performance
Develop long-term operational strategies that support growth, expansion, and guest satisfaction
Lead, coach, and develop multi-unit operators, building a strong leadership bench at every level
Establish and maintain financial accountability across the region, identifying opportunities to improve labor efficiency, food cost, and bottom-line performance
Cultivate a team culture based on gratitude, integrity, accountability, and Italian hospitality
Conduct market evaluations, store visits, and performance reviews on a routine basis
Partner with executive leadership on expansion initiatives, including new store openings and market entries
Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Training, Finance, and Marketing to ensure business alignment
Support recruiting efforts and ensure proper staffing strategies are in place for all locations
Deliver weekly regional performance updates to the executive team
Champion continuous improvement and lead the charge on implementing operational best practices
7–10 years of multi-unit leadership experience, preferably in full-service or upscale casual restaurant environments
Demonstrated success in leading operational strategy and developing high-performance teams
Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret and act on P&L statements and performance data
Exceptional leadership presence with excellent communication and team-building skills
A passion for people, hospitality, and growing brands
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and restaurant management software
Must be ServeSafe certified, 21+ years of age, and have a valid driver’s license
Willingness to travel regularly across the region
