Are you a culinary leader with a passion for developing talent and driving kitchen excellence? Join our team as an Area Kitchen Manager, where you’ll play a key role in overseeing kitchen operations and ensuring our standards are consistently met. You’ll train and mentor Kitchen Managers, streamline food preparation processes, and manage inventory and supplies—all while helping to roll out exciting new menu items.What You’ll Do:
- Lead and train kitchen staff, ensuring consistency and quality across multiple locations.
- Oversee food preparation, manage inventory levels, and ensure timely supply orders.
- Schedule kitchen shifts and manage labor costs within budget.
- Facilitate back-of-house (BOH) training and execute new menu rollouts.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and kitchen health regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Must possess strong interpersonal and motivational skills, the ability to effectively supervise and inspire staff, lead by example, show the ability to work well under pressure, and keep composure
- Hands-on leader, providing development, guidance in showcasing Brand standards
- Extremely high standards, attention to detail, well organized, and able to multitask, multi-departmental, which includes The Sicilian Bakery
- High level of personal initiative, action, and results-oriented
- The position is based in Texas/Tennessee and will play a key role in providing leadership to the unit-level associates, managers, and KMs
- Responsibilities include all day-to-day operating activities, staffing, revenue growth, expense, cost, and margin control on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial goal management
- This is a highly visible role tasked with consistently delivering guest service excellence, operational effectiveness
- Work with the Corporate Chef and the Executive Bakery Chef on new and current menu items that meet important expectations for our guests.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or certification from culinary school preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar leadership role.
- Proficiency in kitchen health and safety regulations.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
