What You’ll Do:
As an Assistant General Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth restaurant operations, a positive guest experience, and a high-performing team. Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading and mentoring both front-of-house and back-of-house teams to drive engagement and service excellence.
Delivering superior guest service and proactively addressing customer feedback.
Overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless coordination between FOH and BOH.
Managing financials, including forecasting, inventory, cost control, and budgeting.
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Developing and training staff to maintain high service and operational standards.
Scheduling, organizing shifts, and tracking performance metrics.
Identifying opportunities to drive sales growth and operational improvements.
Handling guest concerns and resolving service issues efficiently.
Maintaining brand integrity and consistency across all restaurant operations.
Upholding all company policies and procedures while fostering a positive workplace culture.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of high-volume, full-service restaurant management experience
Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop a team
Passion for hospitality and a guest-first mindset
Experience with financial management, cost control, and operational analysis
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Must be at least 21 years old
High school diploma or GED required
