We are looking for a dedicated and highly skilled Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house operations. This role is critical to ensuring food quality, kitchen efficiency, and team development. What You’ll Do:

As a Kitchen Manager, you will play a key role in leading, training, and overseeing all aspects of back-of-house operations to ensure exceptional food quality, efficiency, and team performance. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and managing kitchen schedules to balance business needs, labor costs, and staff availability.

  • Executing recipes with precision and ensuring consistency across all dishes.

  • Leading back-of-house meetings and conducting shift manager & trainer meetings as needed.

  • Training and developing kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, and presentation techniques.

  • Monitoring training progress and providing coaching to enhance staff performance.

  • Maintaining the highest food quality and safety standards, ensuring compliance with restaurant and industry guidelines.

  • Overseeing kitchen inventory and ordering to ensure cost control and minimize waste.

  • Ensuring proper food storage procedures and maintaining refrigeration temperature logs.

  • Supervising and coordinating back-of-house team members, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

  • Maintaining and ensuring cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of all kitchen facilities and equipment.

  • Collaborating with the General Manager to ensure seamless kitchen operations and address any operational challenges.

  • Executing cost control strategies by following standard recipes, portioning, and inventory management.

  • Performing additional duties as assigned by upper management.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of high-volume, full-service restaurant kitchen management experience

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, train, and inspire a team

  • A passion for food quality, guest experience, and operational efficiency

  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

  • Experience in food cost control, inventory management, and kitchen organization

  • Bachelor’s degree or culinary certification preferred

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Must be at least 21 years old
