We are looking for a General Manager who is passionate about hospitality, leadership, and operational excellence. This role is a key driver of team culture, guest satisfaction, and restaurant performance. What You’ll Do:

As a General Manager, you will be responsible for leading day-to-day restaurant operations, team development, and guest experience while ensuring financial and operational goals are met. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure seamless service.

  • Leading and mentoring your team, creating a culture of accountability and excellence.

  • Delivering exceptional guest experiences by upholding brand standards and addressing guest feedback.

  • Managing inventory, ordering, and cost controls to maximize efficiency and profitability.

  • Scheduling, hiring, onboarding, and training team members to build a strong, high-performing staff.

  • Tracking compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe and clean environment.

  • Providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback to enhance team development.

  • Executing marketing and promotional strategies to increase brand awareness and drive revenue.

  • Monitoring and analyzing financial performance to ensure operational success.

  • Ensuring all company policies and procedures are followed while fostering a positive workplace culture.

  • Reporting weekly updates to the Regional Operations Manager.

What We’re Looking For:
  • 5+ years of high-volume, full-service restaurant management experience

  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for training and developing teams

  • Proven ability to drive sales, control costs, and enhance profitability

  • Exceptional guest service and problem-solving abilities

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Must be at least 21 years old

  • High school diploma or GED required
