As a General Manager, you will be responsible for leading day-to-day restaurant operations, team development, and guest experience while ensuring financial and operational goals are met. Your key responsibilities will include:
Overseeing front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure seamless service.
Leading and mentoring your team, creating a culture of accountability and excellence.
Delivering exceptional guest experiences by upholding brand standards and addressing guest feedback.
Managing inventory, ordering, and cost controls to maximize efficiency and profitability.
Scheduling, hiring, onboarding, and training team members to build a strong, high-performing staff.
Tracking compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe and clean environment.
Providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback to enhance team development.
Executing marketing and promotional strategies to increase brand awareness and drive revenue.
Monitoring and analyzing financial performance to ensure operational success.
Ensuring all company policies and procedures are followed while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Reporting weekly updates to the Regional Operations Manager.
5+ years of high-volume, full-service restaurant management experience
Strong leadership skills with a passion for training and developing teams
Proven ability to drive sales, control costs, and enhance profitability
Exceptional guest service and problem-solving abilities
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Must be at least 21 years old
High school diploma or GED required
