Who We Are
The modern-casual meatball and butchery-inspired concept is the first of its kind to launch in Phoenix. Brought to you by the visionaries and operators of Tomaso’s, Hash Kitchen, The Mexicano, and The Sicilian Baker. The Sicilian Butcher is a chef-driven neighborhood restaurant developed by celebrity chef Joey Maggiore.


Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • TABC Certified (or ability to obtain certification)
  • 2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume, full-service environment preferred
  • Must have a current food handler card or be able to obtain one
  • Positive attitude, punctuality, and strong teamwork skills
  • Willing to go the extra mile to satisfy every need of our guests
  • Knowledgeable about the menu and responsible for inputting both food and beverage orders

A Day in the Life
As a Bartender at The Sicilian Butcher, you'll be part of a passionate, guest-first team that thrives in a high-energy, elevated dining environment. You will craft signature cocktails, recommend pairings, and help deliver a top-tier guest experience with every pour.

  • Open and close the bar following standard procedures and checklists
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages consistent with brand recipes
  • Ensure bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout the shift
  • Engage with guests, take orders, and provide menu recommendations
  • Accept payments, process credit cards, and balance receipts accurately
  • Enforce age restrictions and serve responsibly
  • Assist with food service for guests seated at the bar
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
  • Communicate equipment or supply issues to management
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by upper management
