Who We Are
The modern-casual meatball and butchery-inspired concept is the first of its kind to launch in Phoenix. Brought to you by the visionaries and operators of Tomaso’s, Hash Kitchen, The Mexicano, and The Sicilian Baker. The Sicilian Butcher is a chef-driven neighborhood restaurant developed by celebrity chef Joey Maggiore.


Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • No previous experience required — on-the-job training provided
  • Must have a positive attitude, be punctual, and be a team player
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Willing to go the extra mile to satisfy every need of our guests

A Day in the Life
As a Host at The Sicilian Butcher, you are the first and last impression of the guest experience. You greet everyone with warmth and professionalism, manage reservations and waitlists, and support smooth front-of-house operations.

  • Greet guests promptly and enthusiastically as they arrive
  • Manage reservations and waitlist using the host stand system
  • Seat guests thoughtfully while managing server rotation
  • Provide menus and answer initial questions
  • Maintain a clean and organized host stand and entrance area
  • Communicate guest needs and special requests to the service team
  • Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
  • Perform other duties as assigned by upper management
