Who We Are

The modern-casual meatball and butchery-inspired concept is the first of its kind to launch in Phoenix. Created by the team behind Tomaso's, Hash Kitchen, The Mexicano, and The Sicilian Baker, The Sicilian Butcher is a chef-driven neighborhood restaurant developed by celebrity chef Joey Maggiore. We blend bold flavors, high energy, and authentic hospitality to create unforgettable dining experiences.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Minimum of 2 years of serving experience in a high-volume, elevated restaurant setting
  • Must have or be able to obtain a current food handler’s card
  • Positive attitude, punctuality, and strong teamwork skills
  • Passion for hospitality and a desire to go above and beyond for guests
  • Strong knowledge of the menu and ability to make thoughtful recommendations

    A Day in The Life

    As a Server at The Sicilian Butcher, you bring passion, energy, and professionalism to every shift. You create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest, deliver exceptional table service, and help drive sales through menu knowledge and attention to detail. You work closely with the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure a seamless guest experience from start to finish.

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Greet guests with warmth and genuine hospitality
    • Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
    • Guide guests through the menu with confidence and enthusiasm
    • Upsell featured items, cocktails, and desserts when appropriate
    • Check table cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction throughout service
    • Manage payment transactions and accurately close out checks
    • Maintain clean and organized dining and service areas
    • Follow all health and safety regulations and restaurant procedures
    • Collaborate with team members and leadership to uphold The Sicilian Butcher’s standards
    • Perform other duties as assigned by management
