We’re looking for an Assistant General Manager to help us lead our newest location in North Dallas.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2+ years of high-volume, full-service restaurant management experience
At least 21 years of age
High school diploma or GED (college or culinary education a plus)
Basic experience with Microsoft Suite and back-of-house systems
Current food handler’s card or ability to obtain one
A natural leader who motivates through positivity, accountability, and teamwork
Passion for excellent guest service and Italian cuisine
What You’ll Do – A Day in the Life
As the Assistant General Manager, you'll support the General Manager in overseeing both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. You'll help lead a dynamic team, ensure consistent execution of service and food quality, and uphold our commitment to guest satisfaction, profitability, and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the daily execution of restaurant operations and uphold Sicilian Butcher service standards
Lead and develop team members through coaching, feedback, and performance reviews
Ensure guest satisfaction by monitoring dining experiences and responding to concerns
Supervise and schedule shifts, ensuring optimal labor efficiency and staff coverage
Collaborate on inventory management, ordering, and cost control
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
Support hiring, onboarding, and employee development
Monitor performance metrics and contribute to achieving revenue and labor targets
Represent the Sicilian Butcher brand and culture with professionalism and passion
