As a Line Cook at The Sicilian Butcher, you’ll be at the heart of our kitchen, bringing bold flavors and scratch-made dishes to life during every service. You’ll work side by side with a passionate culinary team to execute plates with precision, consistency, and pride—while upholding our high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety.Who we are:
The Sicilian Butcher is a modern-casual dining concept built on the rich culinary traditions of Sicily, reimagined for today’s guest. Known for our craft meatballs, scratch-made pastas, attentive service, and vibrant atmosphere, we bring together old-world flavors and contemporary creativity in every dish we serve.
Our restaurants are designed around family-style hospitality—warm, welcoming, and full of energy—where quality ingredients and authentic recipes are at the heart of everything we do. As a growing concept, we’re committed to developing our team, expanding our footprint, and continuing to deliver exceptional experiences that turn first-time visitors into lifelong guests.
WORKING CONDITIONS: Position requires
qualified individuals to see, hear and speak (verbally and audibly). Required
to ascend and descend stairs; sit and stand for extended periods of time; lift
up to 50 pounds, bend, stoop and kneel. May be required to work outside in
various weather conditions. May be required to work on a computer for extended
periods of time, including viewing the screen, using a mouse, manipulating a
keyboard with hands, and reaching with arms. May be asked to drive or travel by
car, air, or other transportation for business purposes. Must be able to
function effectively in a fast-paced working environment. Must be able to
report to work responsive, free from sedatives, and in a non-sedative state.
Must disclose prescribed and/or over-the-counter pharmaceuticals that may
impair or affect the ability to perform the job's essential functions. Natural
