Your responsibilities will include:

·         Providing an exceptional guest service experience.

·         Taking orders and delivering food.

·         Setting up and packing down the restaurant.

·         Ensuring you have knowledge of all food and beverage items on the menus.

·         Being responsible for the management of junior staff and their learning and development.
