We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated individual to be part of our Purchasing Team as a Goods Receiver at The Stafford London hotel.
As Goods Receiver, you will supervise the arrival and acceptance of goods and deliveries with a focus on checking quality and quantities entering the Hotel.
You will also work between the goods entrance, kitchen and storage areas within the hotel, you will be responsible for receiving, unloading, and processing all food, beverage and other hotel deliveries. Managing delivery notes, invoices, stock rotation and the quality of items.

About the role, what will I be doing?
· Receiving deliveries to ensure the correct weight, temperature, quality, and quantity, prioritising high-risk items.
· Organising Hotel delivery schedules with all suppliers.
· Ensuring that all sections such as goods in, fridges, storages and back corridor are monitored and maintained.
· Stocking deliveries of Beverages in the assigned storage areas.
· Reporting stock issues to the delivery driver and Purchasing Manager, ensuring stock issues are accounted for on the delivery notes reference.
· Posting all invoices and delivery notes for food & beverage.
· Notifying any discrepancies accurately to related departments.
· Assisting the Purchasing team with any weekly orders as directed.
· Directing all delivery for OS&E to the relevant departments
· Manage quotation process, creation of PO numbers and invoicing for all marketing requirements.
