Chef de Partie at Michael Caines at The Stafford

**Package from £33,000  salary plus service charge**

**40 hours per week**

The Stafford London is proud to unveil its new restaurant: Michael Caines at The Stafford, created in collaboration with the celebrated Michelin-starred chef. Marking Caines’ first London residency, the restaurant introduces his signature modern European cuisine to one of the capital’s most iconic settings, creating a new culinary destination in the heart of St. James’s.

When you work for us not only will you be working for one of London’s most historic five-star hotels but you will also be working for a Company where the skills and knowledge you gain here will be recognised in the industry worldwide.

If you have a passion for hospitality, the drive to deliver only the best results, a keen eye for detail and first-class service skills then this may be the place for you.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Being totally responsible for the quality of food in your section.

· Carrying out all tasks in a reasonable time frame to ensure the smooth running of the areas.

· Maintaining stock rotation when taking in deliveries and using produce.

· Complying with food labelling and temperature controls.

· Having full knowledge of the menu and to be able to give descriptions of all dishes.

Qualities we are looking for:

· A passion for food and beverage

· Calm under pressure

· Excellent attention to detail

· Willingness to learn

· Enthusiasm

· Good Communication skills

· Timekeeping and organisational skills
