About the Role – What Will I Be Doing?

  • Responsible for the quality and profitability of food production for In-Room Dining

  • Supporting the Executive Head Chef to ensure consistently high standards of food production and service

  • Maintaining agreed quality levels, guided by guest feedback both internally and externally

  • Producing all dishes to agreed specifications and profitability targets

  • Promoting a positive, proactive attitude and encouraging the same within the team

  • Preparing service for the Breakfast Team

  • Assisting with staff meals for the following day

  • Carrying out any reasonable tasks requested by Senior Management


Who Are We Looking For?

  • Intermediate Food Hygiene Qualification (Level 2 or 3)

  • Strong supervisory and communication skills

  • Flexible with working hours and shifts

  • Calm temperament when working nights

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • High level of spoken and written English

  • Self-motivated with a flexible attitude

  • Genuine passion for food
