We are currently looking for an experienced Kitchen Porter to join our team at The Stafford London Hotel.

About the role, what will I be doing?

·       Manage daily operational and qualitative aspects in the kitchen

·       Ensure the cleanliness of all floors in and around the kitchen areas

·       Maintain the pot/plate wash areas in accordance to Health, Hygiene and Safety regulations

·       Store crockery and all cooking utensils correctly

·       Follow the daily cleaning tasks and report any damaged items to the kitchen supervisor

 

Who are we looking for?

·       passionate multitasking individual with a great personality and positive energy

·       Positive and kind attitude in the kitchen; strong team ethics

·       Physical mobility

·       Ability to follow instruction

·       Excellent attention to detail

·       Ability to work independently

·       Good command of English language

·       And most importantly have passion for hospitality and willingness to learn.
