About the role, what will I be doing?

The Dining Reservations Agent's primary responsibility is to expertly handle reservations for our esteemed and award-winning restaurants and bars via email and phone, with a strong focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience.

The role will also involve employing revenue-maximizing strategies, such as cross-selling and upselling, to optimize financial performance.

• Making reservations across all Food & Beverage establishments; for The Game Bird, The American Bar and NORMA to the required standards.
• Make daily calls to customers to confirm their upcoming reservations.
• Maximize restaurant revenue by paying attention to agreed cover restrictions and employing cover maximization and cross-selling techniques plus product knowledge.
• Daily updates on the reservations reports and submit to the Management.

Who are we looking for?

• Previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel or fine/ casual dining restaurant.
• Knowledge of Seven rooms reservation platform, familiarity with Windows based software.
• A strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Keen attention to detail in order to track guest reservations.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Initiative.
• Team player.
• A high standard of personal presentation with confident, professional, and welcoming personality.
