Are you passionate about wine and hospitality, with experience working in high-quality restaurants? Do you have a positive attitude, great people skills, and a desire to learn and grow? If so, we’d love you to join our small but ambitious team as a Junior Sommelier.

This is a service-driven role where you’ll not only help curate and maintain our wine and spirit lists, but also run a section during service, ensuring our guests enjoy an outstanding dining experience.

We’re not looking for decades of experience, we’re looking for the right person: reliable, professional, and eager to develop with us.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide a warm, welcoming service to all guests
  • Run a section independently during service
  • Maintain the wine and spirit lists, including ordering and stock control
  • Deliver food and wine with confidence and attention to detail
  • Support colleagues and contribute to a positive, professional team
  • atmosphere

What We’re Looking For

  • Around 1-2 years’ experience in a commis / apprentice sommelier role
  • WSET L1 essential / L2 desirable
  • A genuine passion for wine, spirits, and hospitality
  • A friendly, professional manner with excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A team player who thrives in a small, supportive environment
  • Pride in delivering memorable guest experiences
