What we look for in a Reception Manager:

  • Maintain high energy levels and ensure smooth service delivery to keep guests satisfied.
  • Lead and support the reception team,
  • Handle check-ins, reservations and guest interactions alongside the team.
  • Take pride in training and mentoring new staff members.
  • Utilise IT systems effectively to manage reservations and guest information.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
