We’re looking for a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join the kitchen team at The Trout Inn, Tadpole Bridge – part of the Butcombe Boutique Inns family.

The Trout Inn is a charming riverside pub with boutique rooms, serving fresh, seasonal dishes that celebrate the best of local produce. Nestled beside the Thames at Tadpole Bridge, it’s a place where quality, creativity, and warm hospitality come together.

As Sous Chef, you’ll work closely with our Head Chef to deliver outstanding food every time. You’ll be hands-on in service, help lead and inspire the kitchen team, maintain high standards, and play a key role in menu development. This is a great opportunity for a chef with ambition to progress in a premium dining environment.
