Head Spa Attendant 

Job description

We are currently looking for a Head Spa Attendant to support and lead the Spa Attendant team, ensuring that the Spa is kept hygienically clean and tidy.

Key responsibilities of the Head Spa Attendant will include:

Ensuring the general cleanliness, hygiene and setup of the spa
Maintaining guests’ lockers, ensuring they are setup, cleared and replenished
Setting up, replenish and maintain the spa buffet, fridges and tea station
Clearing dirty towels and submit to laundry; and replenish towel stock for issuing to therapist; and collect clean stock from laundry
Setting up, replenish and maintain the spa in accordance with RCH standards

Ensure the team are well set up for success

Hold monthly team meetings

Do spa attendant 1:1s

Spa attendant Trainer

To qualify:
Previous supervisory experience

• Have Grade 10 qualification - Grade 12 advantage 
• Have previous Hotel housekeeping or spa attendant experience in a 4/5* environment
• Be highly presentable
• Well spoken in English
• Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Outlook and Excel
• Be able to work flexible hours, shifts, weekends, holidays and nights
• Be able to do physically strenuous working including heavy lifting
• Have had exposure to stock take procedures (towels, spa consumables)
