Minimum Experience or Qualification Required:
- Highly presentable
- Excellent command of the English language with solid verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in an IT support or management role, preferably in a hospitality environment.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and ability to manage basic infrastructure tasks.
- Familiarity with hotel-related technology platforms:
- POS Systems – Symphony preferred
- PABX Systems – Basic troubleshooting
- IPTV Systems – Preferred
- Windows Server, Office 365, user administration
- Knowledge of AV equipment used in conference and banqueting environments.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills

- To Manage the IT Department by:
- Providing desktop, laptop, and printer support for all hotel departments.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of user-related IT issues.
- Maintain an up-to-date IT asset register and inventory.
- Networking & Connectivity:
- Troubleshoot Layer 1 networking issues (cabling, patching, physical connections).
- Perform basic VLAN changes and coordinate with Group IT or vendors as needed.
- Monitor and manage Wi-Fi networks (corporate and guest) to ensure consistent performance and coverage across the property.
- Systems Administration
- Perform basic server administration tasks (user accounts, access control, backups).
- Maintain uptime of business-critical applications including PMS, POS, and IPTV.
- Technology Systems Oversight:
- Provide basic support for PABX systems, escalating complex issues to vendors.
- Preferred experience in IPTV systems (content control, system resets, user issues).
- Support and maintain POS systems, preferably Oracle Symphony.
- Deliver basic AV setup and support for meeting rooms and banqueting events.
- Vendor & Project Coordination
- Liaise with third-party vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
- Manage IT infrastructure upgrades, maintenance, and new implementations.
- Provide feedback and participate in hotel group-wide IT initiatives.
