We are currently looking to fill the following position:

Cocktail Server -
Responsibilities:
• Greet patrons as they enter an establishment
• Prepare and serve drinks as ordered
• Prepare station for readiness
• Serve food and alcoholic beverages
• Set tables and answer questions regarding menu selections
• Check with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Remove dishes and glasses from tables
• Stock service areas as instructed
• Clean tables and counters
• Monitor and observer customer dining experience
• Thank customers for their visit and invite again

Requirements
- Must be available to commit to Thursday, Friday, Sunday, Tuesday, and Wednesday shift 4:30pm 10:00 pm. 16-24 hours a week.
- 1 year experience with cocktail/wine service.
- Thorough knowledge in wine and spirits.
- POS knowledge.
- ABC (Alcoholic Beverage Control) Awareness Certification require.
- All positions require Food Handlers certification.

- NO TIPs allowed. Hourly rate of $13 - $14 an hour.
- This is not a night club or dance club.
- This is a conservative environment.
