We have a fantastic opportunity for a full time Head of Food & Beverage to join our growing team in North Wales, based at The Warren!

The Head of Food and Beverage will manage F&B propositions and outlets to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by offering products in line with consumer trend and brand expectation achieved by having well-trained team members thereby achieving financial targets set by the company and a reputation that promotes referral and demand.

We are one of the UK’s largest owners of 5-star luxury holiday and residential parks set in special and beautiful locations. For more than 85 years we have been creating joyful moments for thousands of residents, owners and guests.

What Will You Do

  • Manage to a consistently high quality of service and administrative organization all areas of the F & B departments are
  • Overall responsibility for all on-site F&B operations
  • Produce budgets and forecasts as required on associated lines.
  • Provide a costed annual plan for achieving budget.
  • Ensure standards are maintained and trained into all team members.
  • Monitor ongoing profit performance and take appropriate action to achieve or exceed budget.
  • Manage the seasonal changes to food menus and specials throughout the year along with wet offering, reflecting consumer trends.
  • Ensures full and ongoing compliance with Group and legislative Health and Safety requirements and with other statutory liquor license and food hygiene standards.
  • All FOH departments at the Warren – Sandbar, Clubhouse, Poolbar, Kiosk, F&B vans, Events, Shop

What You Will Bring

  • Minimum 3 years F&B management experience, ideally in a branded F&B operation.
  • Personal license holder.
  • Previous experience of recruiting & training volume teams.
  • Proven achievement of budgets and cost control.
  • Proven record of successfully running a profitable F&B department.
  • Health & Safety knowledge and understanding.
  • F & B and retail stock control, GP management and visual merchandising.
