Salary: Competitive Salary 

Hours: Full time – 40 hours

Location: The Warren, LL53 7AA

Job Type: Permanent

Haulfryn has a fantastic opportunity to join a successful and established Food and Beverage team in supporting and leading the kitchen in delivering premium service!

As a Head Chef you will:

  • Control and directing the food preparation process
  • Approve and polish dishes before they reach the customer
  • Manage and work closely with other Chefs of all levels
  • Create menu items, recipes and developing dishes ensuring variety and quality
  • Determining food inventory needs, stocking and ordering
  • Ultimately responsible for ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines
  • Be responsible for health and safety
  • Be responsible for food hygiene practices
  • Ensure that menus are costed to achieve or exceed budgeted GP levels
