NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification desirable

As a Spa Receptionist you will:

• Be the point of contact for individuals and large groups booking spa services ensuring great customer experience at all times
• Be familiar with all products and services of the spa ensuring customers are provided with correct and up to date information always
• Ensure health and safety in the Spa by following processes and procedures
