Hours: Variable (to be discussed)

Job Type: Seasonal, fixed-term contract with variable hours

Season: April to September

What You’ll Do

As a  Leisure Activities Assistant  , you will:

  • Lifeguard our indoor and/or outdoor swimming pool/flume (depending on qualifications)
  • Lead & Monitor Activities, ensuring guests have a fantastic experience
  • Facilitate a Variety of Leisure Activities, including sports, arts & crafts, outdoor adventure games, dance & fitness classes, and climbing wall sessions (depending on experience/qualifications)
  • Provide Excellent Guest Service, assisting owners and visitors with any leisure-related needs
  • Ensure a Safe & Clean Environment, following all Health & Safety guidelines
  • Assist with Opening & Closing of Leisure Facilities, maintaining a well-organised space

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking an enthusiastic, team-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fun, active environment. Ideally, you’ll have:

  • valid NPLQ certificate (preferred but not essential)
  • friendly and proactive approach to guest engagement
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A passion for sports, fitness, or leisure activities
  • The ability to work well with others and independently follow safety protocols
  • NPLQ, Plantroom experience, and First Aid at Work qualifications would be of benefit
