Salary: £32,000 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week - Full time, 5 days out of 7 (including some weekends and bank holidays)

Are you a hands-on, safety-focused team player with a passion for working outdoors?

We’re looking for a Launcher & Siting Operative to join our friendly team at The Warren Holiday Resort, Haulfryn’s flagship luxury destination in beautiful Abersoch.

This is a varied and practical role where no two days are the same. From launching and recovering boats to siting and positioning our premium holiday lodges. You’ll be part of a close-knit operations team that helps keep the resort running smoothly and looking its best all year round.

What You’ll Do

  • Safely launch, recover, and tow boats and trailers using park vehicles and equipment
  • Assist in siting and positioning holiday lodges and caravans
  • Operate tractors, telehandlers, and other site vehicles safely and efficiently
  • Carry out regular maintenance checks on vehicles and machinery
  • Support guests and owners during launch and siting activities, providing friendly and professional assistance
  • Work closely with the Maintenance, Grounds, and Operations teams on wider park projects
  • Maintain safe and tidy working environments and adhere to all Health & Safety procedures

Who We’re Looking For

  • Practical experience in marine, towing, or machinery handling (preferred but not essential)
  • Confident operating or willing to be trained on tractors, trailers, and telehandlers
  • Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
  • Towing experience desirable (B+E licence beneficial)
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • A proactive, safety-conscious approach and a willingness to learn
  • Physically fit and happy to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Beneficial to already have training in the following areas, however full training can be provided for the right candidate:

  • RYA Powerboat Level 2 Certificate
  • Tractor & Trailer Handling
  • Telehandler Operator
  • Banksman / Vehicle Marshalling
  • Caravan Siting & De-Siting
  • Water Safety Awareness
