- Be the point of contact for individuals and large groups booking spa services, providing great customer experience at all times
- Be familiar with all products and services of the spa ensuring customers are provided with correct and up to date information always
- Ensure health and safety in the Spa by following processes and procedures
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a friendly and proactive team player who brings:
- At least 2 years experience in a customer-facing or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer care instincts, with a calm and efficient approach to problem-solving
- Great attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and booking systems
- A flexible attitude to working weekends and bank holidays as part of a rota
- Initiative and professionalism, with a helpful attitude at all times
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification desirable
