We’re looking for a passionate Assistant Manager with a strong focus on Events Management to help lead our team and deliver outstanding guest experiences, from relaxed dining to beautifully run celebrations.
The Role – The Best of Both Worlds
Events Leadership
You’ll take the lead on private dining, celebrations, and special occasions, overseeing planning, coordination, and flawless delivery. From intimate gatherings to larger countryside events, you’ll ensure every detail reflects the boutique feel and high standards our guests expect.
Front-of-House Excellence
Alongside events, you’ll be a visible leader on the floor running shifts, coaching the team, and creating a warm, relaxed atmosphere where guests feel genuinely looked after. You’ll help maintain smooth service across the bar, restaurant, and outdoor areas, ensuring consistency and quality at every touchpoint.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a busy environment, and loves combining events expertise with classic pub hospitality.
