We are on the hunt for an outstanding General Manager to join our successful, expanding pub, bar and restaurant group at The Wheatsheaf. 

We are looking for a General Manager who has exceptional experience of running large pubs that deliver high volumes of food and drink.

You Are:

• Capable of running a multi faceted business,... High Sundays, Big Sport in a premium gastropub environment
• A General Manager driven by great food and drink as well as providing outstanding experiences and atmosphere for your guests
• You run a tight ship with incredible organisation and communication skills
• A passionate Manager who understands how to drive a business commercially and manage it financially
• An organised Manager who can manage their time across a business with more than one dimension
• An effective leader who can set clear goals and objectives to their team while developing the next generation of managers
• Your team means the world - you mentor and develop each person and set them up for success
• You are a foodie and love with all your heart everything Hospitality
• Someone with experience on running a super large complex business
