Assistant Manager - Award Winning Pub, Bar and Restaurant Group - The Wheatsheaf, Tooting Bec
The Wheatsheaf is currently recruiting a talented and ambitious Assistant Manager with personality and charisma. You will have the opportunity to be part of Urban Pubs & Bars, a rapidly growing people-focused and progressive hospitality business.

-As Assistant Manager, you will support the General Manager in all aspects of running the venue as if it were your own business. You need be business savvy and have great commercial understanding!
-Your team will look up to you. It's important you're all about great service - and train, nurture & develop your team to maintain high standards and delivery customer satisfaction.
-We're currently recruiting an Assistant Manager or a Deputy General Manager, so this role could be open to a Supervisor looking for their first Assistant Manager position, or an experienced manager looking to get some experience in an excellent company before moving on to run their own site.

- Be cool, calm and collected, manage pressure with ease, nothing can phase you
- You’re not precious. We leave our egos at the door and help get sh*t done
- Must have minimum 1 years’ experience as a manager
- Solid communication and organisational skills, be approachable
- Superb customer & floor service skills
- An entrepreneurial flare
- Passionate about people, training, mentoring, growing a team but most importantly, loves to have fun
