Assistant Manager - Award Winning Pub, Bar and Restaurant Group - The Wheatsheaf, Tooting Bec
The Wheatsheaf is currently recruiting a talented and ambitious Assistant Manager with personality and charisma. You will have the opportunity to be part of Urban Pubs & Bars, a rapidly growing people-focused and progressive hospitality business.

-As Assistant Manager, you will support the General Manager in all aspects of running the venue as if it were your own business. You need be business savvy and have great commercial understanding!
-Your team will look up to you. We're looking for someone who lives & breathes 'hospitality', making our guests feel looked after. You will train, nurture & develop your team to maintain high standards and deliver guest satisfaction.
-Whether you're a Supervisor looking for their first AM position or an experienced Deputy General Manager, we'd love to hear from you!
What we looking for:
- "Wear your heart on your sleave", take ownership, be bold and run the business as if it's your own
- Be cool, calm and collected, manage pressure with ease, nothing can phase you
- You’re not precious. We leave our egos at the door and help get sh*t done
- Must have minimum 1 years’ experience as a manager
- Solid communication and organisational skills, be approachable
- Superb customer & floor service skills
- An entrepreneurial flare
- Passionate about people, training, mentoring, growing a team but most importantly, loves to have fun
