You’ll handle overnight checks, maintain cleanliness in public areas, and assist with any guest requests—whether it’s a room service order, a taxi booking, or local information. You’ll also carry out basic maintenance or report issues so everything is ready for the morning team.

This is a role where independence, responsibility, and attention to detail are key. You’re comfortable working alone, staying alert, and keeping both guests and property safe.

  • Security – Carry out regular security patrols and ensure all entry points are secure.

  • Cleanliness – Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in public areas during quiet periods.

  • Safety Checks – Monitor fire safety systems, complete nightly health and safety checks, and report concerns.

  • Problem-Solving – Handle guest concerns quickly and professionally.

  • Night Operations – Support with basic maintenance tasks and ensure the venue is ready for the next day’s operations.

  • Communication – Hand over any important information to the morning team.
