Description

We are looking for Seasonal Food and Beverage Assistants to join us to work through the busy summer season until September 2026.

As a hotel with a busy function room we are a 24 hour business, from breakfast through to late nights  so we can offer flexible hours including, but not limited to, working a mixture of day and evening shifts and function events with later finish times post midnight.

We’re a fast-paced, vibrant venue welcoming a high volume of guests each day, all looking to enjoy everything we have to offer. We’re seeking someone with a positive, energetic approach and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences. Previous experience in hospitality may be an advantage but if you're happy to learn and build your skills with us we will be happy to consider you.

With us no two days are the same: from hosting unforgettable weddings to running lively tribute nights, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable moments for every guest who walks through our doors.

You also have the advantage of working for a Coaching Inn Group business which was acknowledged as the Which? UK's Best Large Hotel Group 2025 and offers the following to all employees:

  • Work/Balance? A genuine belief in work/life balance and an understanding of working together to promote flexibility
  • Tips? A Tronc scheme with 100% of gratuities distributed to our teams every week via TipJar
  • Development? Award winning career development programmes
  • Reward? We have fantastic Hero of the month and Hero of the year schemes
  • Discounts? Up to 50% discount off food across all of our hotels and 50% off accommodation
  • Something different? Annual stay for £1 offer
  • Personal support? Employee assistance programme and wellbeing support
