We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Deputy General Manager to join our fantastic team. 

Our restaurants and brasseries ooze their own individual character and charm with the welcome twist of delicious french brasserie food. Our fabulous menus are devised by our chef patron Raymond Blanc one of the most well-respected chefs in the UK. Our food is cooked to order, using the best, freshest, seasonal ingredients. 

We are looking for a Deputy General Manager that has a real passion for food, an eye for detail and the highest standards with which to serve our guests.
