We have an opening for a fantastic Sous Chef to join our team. Someone with a love of food, ingredients and making people happy.
The qualities we’re seeking are:
- Organisation - daily prep lists, time management, kitchen hygiene.
- Creativity - contribution to the regularly changing menu and regular specials and events.
- Teamwork - working well with the BOH team and undertaking instructions on different sections as needed

These are some of the benefits available:
- Annual salary between £29,000 - £31,000 per year depending on skill level
- Guaranteed tronc of £5,500 - £6,500 per year paid monthly. Any shortfall in tronc, salaried topped up.
