Line Cook

One-year ago we opened a humble burger window on Rose Avenue in Venice. Since that time, The Win-Dow had become an essential destination on the westside, serving 4000 to 5000 guests a week. We are known for our chef and product driven food, warm and quick service, and delicious value.

We are building our second Win-Dow location, a few miles away on the Venice boardwalk and are putting together team. We are looking for highly motivated people to join our team as Line Cooks, who possess a relentlessly positive attitude and care deeply about creating an amazing guest experience.

You Possess:
• 1-2 years of experience as a line cook in fine dining or fast casual restaurant
• The highest standards for cleanliness and organization
• Strong problem-solving skills, communication and time management ability
• A focus on the details, especially food quality, food safety and sanitation, and cleanliness
• An active ServSafe Food Safety Certificate
• A flexible schedule. Mornings, nights, weekends and holidays are required
