As part of our Clean Team, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the exceptional cleanliness and presentation of The Winter Club, ensuring every guest enjoys a spotless, safe, and welcoming environment throughout their visit. You’ll work as part of a dedicated team to uphold the high standards expected across all guest areas of the venue.

Zero Hour Contract, Flexible working hours, Weekend and evening work is required.

Event runs November to February 

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high standards of cleanliness and presentation across all areas of the venue.
  • Regularly check and maintain toilet and guest facilities throughout shifts.
  • Collect glassware and clear tables efficiently during service hours.
  • Carry out general housekeeping duties, ensuring surfaces, bins, and guest areas are clean and well presented at all times.
  • Follow Health & Safety and hygiene procedures, ensuring correct signage is displayed where required.
  • Conduct deep cleaning before and after trading hours.
  • Learn and familiarise yourself with the layout of the venue to confidently assist and direct guests.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Complete all required training in a timely manner.

Skills & Experience

Technical:

  • Minimum 1 year of cleaning or housekeeping experience, ideally within a hospitality or leisure setting.
  • Experience working in high-volume guest venues.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Personal:

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event hours.
  • Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to support colleagues where needed.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
  • Adaptability and initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English.
