We’re looking for an experienced, professional, and hands-on Floor Manager to help lead daily operations at an upscale sports bar in the heart of the upper west side.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee front-of-house operations during service
• Lead and motivate staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Manage floor flow, seating, and customer satisfaction
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and urgency
• Coordinate with bartenders, servers, hosts, kitchen staff, support staff, and security
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and service standards are maintained
• Oversee closing procedures and run nightly reports

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of restaurant, bar, or nightlife experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Flexible availability - nights and weekends are a must
• Passion for hospitality, sports culture, and team leadership
