NOW HIRING: FULL-TIME FLOOR MANAGER
We’re looking for an experienced, professional, and hands-on Floor Manager to help lead daily operations at our upscale sports bar in the heart of the upper west side.
What You’ll Do- Oversee front-of-house operations during service
- Lead and motivate staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Manage floor flow, seating, and customer satisfaction
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Coordinate with bartenders, servers, kitchen staff, and security
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and service standards are maintained
- Oversee closing procedures and run nightly reports
- 2+ years of restaurant, bar, or nightlife experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Flexible availability - nights and weekends are a must
