The role of a Doorperson:

• Be responsible for the smooth flow of guests arriving or departing, ensuring the restaurant entrance area is clean, clear and aesthetically pleasing.
• Assist guests with availability and waiting times, in cooperation with the reception team, and provide directions on local geography.
• Maintain a secure environment, reporting any suspicious activity (a SIA Door Supervisor license would be beneficial).
• Demonstrate warmth and authenticity when engaging with people, showcasing natural hospitality and the ability to connect with individuals from all walks of life.
