The Wolseley City Recruitment Day

The Wolseley, the famed central London institution will launch The Wolseley City, in Autumn 2023. Situated on King William Street just by Monument Square, the new restaurant will be much larger, offering two private dining rooms, three sweeping bar spaces and all day dining.

The Wolseley City is the latest restaurant opening in Autumn 2023. Located in a historic building in the heart of the city, will feature a large restaurant, three bars and three private dining rooms, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. 

Join us for a series of Recruitment Open days from August 31st 2023 - 9:30am until 4:00pm at Brasserie Zedel in Piccadilly Circus. We will also be holding Open Days on 7th/14th/21st September at the same time and location.

Please bring a copy of your CV and a valid Right to Work in the UK (Passport or ID)

We will be recruiting for the following roles:

• Bartender
• Maître’ D
• Senior Waiter
• Head Barista
• Chef de Partie
• Pastry Chef
• Breakfast Chef
