We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at The Woolpack Inn – a recently refurbished, Grade I listed pub with rooms, set in the tranquil village of Totford, Hampshire.

With 9 stylish bedrooms, a cosy pub atmosphere, and a growing reputation for warm hospitality, we’re proud to offer guests an experience that’s both relaxed and refined. Clean, beautifully presented rooms are a big part of that – and that’s where you come in.

As a Housekeeper, you’ll help make sure our rooms and shared areas are clean, tidy, and welcoming. You’ll take pride in presentation and enjoy working as part of a small, friendly team that values quality and care.

• Clean and reset guest bedrooms and bathrooms to a high standard

• Maintain cleanliness in public areas and staff spaces

• Report any maintenance issues promptly

• Keep linen, laundry, and cleaning supplies organised

• Work efficiently and professionally, especially during check-out/changeover times

• Support the Head Housekeeper in delivering a five-star guest experience

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience (hotel, inn, or similar) preferred

• A good eye for detail and pride in keeping things spotless

• Reliable, punctual, and hard-working

• Friendly attitude and team spirit

• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends

• Comfortable working independently when needed

• Competitive hourly pay + tips
