We are looking for a dedicated and detail-driven Head Housekeeper to join our team at The Woolpack Inn – a beautifully refurbished, food-led country pub with rooms in the heart of rural Hampshire.

This is a key role in ensuring our guest experience is exceptional from the moment they arrive. You will take ownership of cleanliness and presentation across our bedrooms and public areas, helping us maintain the highest standards in everything we do.

As Head Housekeeper, you will:

• Lead and manage the housekeeping function across bedrooms and public areas
• Ensure consistently high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene
• Manage linen, stock control, and cleaning supplies
• Create and maintain cleaning schedules and procedures
• Train, motivate, and support housekeeping team members
• Work closely with the management team to deliver an outstanding guest experience
• Conduct regular room checks and quality control

• Previous housekeeping experience (supervisory or head role preferred)
• Exceptional attention to detail and pride in your work
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• A hands-on, proactive approach
• Ability to lead a small team and set standards
• Flexibility to work weekends and peak periods
