The Role

As Head Barman, you’ll take full ownership of the bar operation and work closely with the management team to deliver an exceptional guest experience every day.

You will:

• Lead and motivate the bar team during busy services ?
• Ensure consistently high standards of service, quality, and presentation
• Help develop and maintain a strong drinks offer (draught, cocktails, wines, and premium spirits)
• Manage stock, ordering, and GP control
• Train and develop junior team members
• Keep the bar organised, clean, and running smoothly at all times

• Proven experience in a busy pub, bar, or restaurant
• Strong leadership skills and confidence managing a team
• Passion for great drinks and excellent service
• High energy and the ability to stay calm under pressure
• Someone who takes pride in what they do and wants to be part of a growing business
