The bit ‘About You’

 

We’re looking for an experienced Paid Search Manager to join our team and lead our strategy across the Shopping, Search and Display channels. As part of the Digital Marketing team, you will play a crucial role across our biggest acquisition channels, responsible for achieving traffic and revenue targets. You will be comfortable managing campaigns ‘hands on’, leading relationships with key partners and managing and developing a small team.

 

The bit ‘About the Role’

 

  • Managing campaigns across Shopping, Search and Display to deliver weekly traffic, revenue and efficiency targets
  • Reviewing performance daily and suggesting and implementing optimisations to drive performance
  • Managing and reporting on investment / return on advertising spend, making daily budget decisions and providing recommendations
  • Reviewing the paid media channel mix holistically and providing recommendations for improvements
  • Development and delivery of a robust test and learn strategy
  • Reporting on campaign effectiveness to senior stakeholders, including competitive landscape, KPIs, and recommendations on opportunities for growth and managing risks
  • Building cross-functional campaigns that align with wider business trading plans
  • Working closely with the creative team to ensure ads are on-brand, up-to-date and high performing
  • Owning and developing relationships with key partners such as Google and Microsoft

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Subject matter expert with a minimum of 3 years paid search experience with demonstrable experience delivering incremental revenue, profit and ROI from Paid Search
  • Up-to-date on the latest features and releases
  • Strong understanding of marketing attribution / incrementality testing
  • Experience of managing a team
  • A background in retail / eCommerce
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics
  • IT literate with knowledge and experience of all Microsoft Office especially Excel
