Become an Interim Head of Performance Marketing
As our Head of Performance Marketing,
you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of The Works. You will lead
a talented team of Digital Marketing professionals and be responsible for
developing and executing our performance marketing strategy. Your efforts will
directly contribute to driving
sessions, revenue, customer acquisition and retention for The Works.

Your Mission
- Ownership of the
performance marketing strategy to drive sessions,
revenue, customer acquisition and retention for The Works.
- Maximise
customer retention through a best-in-class CRM program.
- Lead channel
forecasting, budget management, and be accountable for channels P&L.
- Manage and
support channel leads to drive weekly trade targets and continuous
improvements.
- Be responsible
for the digital marketing budget, measuring spend and ROI to ensure profitable
growth.
- Manage, coach,
and develop the Performance Marketing team, as well as third party agencies, ensuring
they have a clear understanding of the brand's strategic objectives and
priorities and remain motivated and engaged to help the business achieve these.
- Work with individual team members to set clear
objectives and help them progress their performance and roles, identifying
potential career paths and future role development opportunities.
- Work closely
with our Brand Marketing team to ensure best in class digital assets and
messaging across all channels that are aligned to our Customer & Trade
plan.
- Develop
effective planning, QA, execution and reporting of digital media that supports
wider Brand / Upper funnel KPIs.
- Support the
Loyalty team by bringing to life and reporting on our customer loyalty
programme across key customer communication channels including email.
- Work internally
and externally to define, evolve, and deliver our incrementality testing
roadmap.
- Manage spend allocation for Digital Marketing and
Digital Innovation activities, working closely with finance team on
forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Identify growth and development opportunities
through transparent and actionable business reporting and insights.
- Champion innovation with mobile-first strategy and
execution of campaigns. Oversee appropriate cross-departmental
coordination and gain support of new Digital initiatives.
